It seems to have done it correctly for you with the Standalone version.įirst, uninstall it within Native Access, then reinstall it. This should be something Native Access does for you, IIRC. It should do the same in the VST version. It shows in the Libraries in the standalone, based on your picture. I am assuming it's just the VST version that Djinnbass won't work in. Now the quickload in K2 was easier to deal with. Known K5 problem or what? Any way to solve this issue? Granted I can still get to things by way of the Library tab in the browser and/or the Files tab but the quickload was nice when working in PT 10.3.2. Thinking that was the problem I rebuilt the quickload menu but that didn't help - still had missing entries. All folders of samples and instruments were moved to an external hard drive from the initial install. I can look at that folder with K5 open and not see in the quickload menu what's showing in the folder. I checked the folder in the Library folder in OSX that has what's supposed to be in the quickload menu and everything is still there (aliases to the original. Other libraries, like Kontakt Factory library, Retro Machines MK II, the old EWQLSO Gold Pro XP, the old Ra, etc. What's missing the children folders? All the piano libraries (like Berlin, etc.) and all the drum libraries (Abbey Roads, etc.) have lost everything after the parent folder. The parent folder(s) are still there but the children aren't. Restart K5 and certain sections of the quickload menu are missing. Set up manually the quickload menu (what a pain) in K5. Fully updated Kontakt 5 on an iMac 3.4 GHz running OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.2.
I know we have a bunch of Kontakt 5 users here and maybe someone else has run into this.
